BOYA BY-WS1000 Windshield and Suspension System

The Movo Photo BWS1000 is a blimp windshield and shockmount system designed to significantly reduce noise from wind, shock, and vibration for sound recordists, boom operators, and videographers using shotgun microphones. It is sized to hold a single shotgun mic up to 15″ long and between 19 and 22mm in diameter.

Thanks to the BWS1000’s blimp capsule, 12-point shockmount, and internal XLR cable, you can get your mic set up easily and quickly. The zippered dead cat furry windshield slips over the blimp for up to 40 dB of additional wind noise attenuation. Whether you want to hold it or mount it on a boompole or tripod, the BWS1000 is equally well suited for the task. A carrying case is included for safe and simple transport of the whole system.
