Exchange or Return of Goods

We want you to shop with confidence. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

Cameras & Lenses — No Returns All sales on cameras and lenses are final. Due to the nature of optical and imaging equipment, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these products.

Accessories — 14-Day Return Window Accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the following conditions must all be met:

  • Item is unused and unopened
  • Item is in its original packaging
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is provided
  • Warranty card (if applicable) is included

How to Initiate a Return

Can I return a camera or lens if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, no. All camera and lens sales are final. We recommend reaching out to us before purchasing if you have any questions about a specific product — we’re happy to help you make the right choice.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I exchange an accessory instead of returning it?

Yes, exchanges on accessories are possible within the 14-day window, subject to stock availability and the same return conditions above.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp.
