Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Camera Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions:

Returns:
– You may return any non-camera and non-lens products purchased from Camera Shop within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
– To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
– Returns of camera and lens products are not accepted unless they are found to be defective upon receipt.

Exchanges:
– If you wish to exchange a non-camera and non-lens product for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer support team to initiate an exchange.
– Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired replacement item is out of stock, a refund may be issued instead.

Return Process:
1. Contact Customer Support: Before returning an item, please contact our customer support team at info@camerashop.com.eg

to request a return authorization (RA) number.
2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
3. Include RA Number: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to Camera Shop using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Receive Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Exceptions:
– Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
– Camera and lens products are subject to manufacturer warranties and may only be returned if found to be defective upon receipt.
